Clients are high-at-risk homeless men and women having few, if any, housing alternatives, who are also unable to meet their own basic needs and not able to access communal living options.

Lookout offers permanent housing with some support for people no longer requiring assistance in day‐to‐day living but who require support to maintain and flourish in their independence.

Since inception Supportive Housing locations are 100% full, have minimal turnover, & over 1000 waitlisted.

Staff provides support, direction and assistance to enable tenants to work towards greater stability and independence. For example, staff assist residents achieve skills such as cooking, budgeting, schooling, work programs, keeping appointments, taking medications as required, basic hygiene, laundry or harm reduction techniques.
