All personal information collected by Lookout, will be carefully protected and any use of, or other dealing with information is subject to consent and/or what is allowed under the Act.

Defining Personal Information
Personal information is any information that can be used to distinguish, identify or contact a specific individual. For example, a name, address, phone number, sex, race, religion, sexual orientation and/or health care information, education, finances, criminal or employment history. Exceptions: business contact information and certain publicly available information, such as names, addresses and telephone numbers are published in telephone directories, are not considered personal information.

Privacy Practices
Lookout is committed to protecting your personal information and has appropriate physical, technical and administrative measures in place to do this. Our employees are authorized to access this information based only on their need to deal with the information for the reason(s) for which it is obtained. Safeguards are in place to ensure that the information is not disclosed or shared more widely than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is gathered. We also take measures to ensure the integrity of this information is maintained and to prevent it being lost or destroyed.

We collect, use and disclose personal information only for the purpose of providing services, shelter and housing and we will not share your information with any third party organization without your permission to do so.

Updating of Privacy Policy
Our privacy practices are regularly reviewed and our Privacy Policy is updated as necessary.
